Shipping Methods
We currently ship primarily using USPS, FedEx, UPS, and DHL, but we may use other methods if necessary. All US orders receive free shipping.

- All US Military bases, APO/FPO
- American Samoa, Guam, Puerto Rico,
and the U.S. Virgin Islands
UPDATE on International Shipping - We now ship to Canada, Australia, and New Zealand for a fee. All other international orders will be canceled unless a U.S., Canada, Australia, or New Zealand address/forwarding company address is provided within 24 hours of email contact from SEWL (info@SEWLOfficial.com). We do not offer free international shipping at this time.
Shipping & Processing Times
Although most orders are processed the same day as order, please allow 1-5 business days for processing.
Standard shipping usually takes between 5-10 business days to arrive. We have a "Fast Shipping Specials" collection of items with free Priority shipping, which takes approximately 1-5 business days if you need items sooner. International shipping takes approximately 8-16 business days. Times are approximate as once items have been dispatched, we have no control over any issues the courier may encounter.
Shipment Refusal
We try to make sure your items arrive in pristine condition. We understand that circumstances may arise so in the unlikely event that your order arrives in a damaged condition, please accept the delivery and contact Sewl Customer Service so we can help remedy the problem.
If you refuse your order, or any part of it without consent from us, you will be held responsible for all shipping charges.
Order Redirecting
Once your order has been dispatched, we cannot redirect your order. Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate when ordering. Thank you!
