SEWL™ Return & Refund Policy

RETURNS & ELIGIBILITY

All items are quality-checked before being shipped, but we understand that mistakes can happen. You may request a return for wrong, damaged, defective, or missing items. These must be reported within 7 business days of receipt.

For other returns (change of mind, size doesn’t work, etc.), items must be unworn, unaltered, unwashed, with all original tags and hygienic protectors attached. Unless otherwise stated, return requests for these reasons must also be made within 7 business days of receipt.

Beauty & Skincare (✨CHEREA✨): Due to the nature of beauty and skincare products, all sales are final once opened or used for hygiene and safety reasons. Returns are only accepted for unused, unopened products in their original packaging within 7 days of delivery.

Items that do not meet the above condition may be rejected or incur additional deductions from refund amounts.

NON-RETURNABLE / FINAL SALE ITEMS

The following are always final sale: no returns, no exchanges:

Sale or discounted items

Swimwear, intimates (excluding bralettes), lingerie, underwear, etc., hygienic items missing protection films

Hosiery

Jewelry

Sunglasses

Belts

Hats

Face Masks

Custom or personalized items

Thong Bodysuits

Opened or used beauty/skincare products (✨CHEREA✨)

Custom or personalized items

Gift cards, promotional items, or free gifts

REFUNDS & PROCESS

Once a return is accepted, please use the designated return label and follow the provided instructions. Items must be shipped back using the return shipping label provided (when applicable).

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Refund processing generally takes 5–14 business days from when SEWL receives the returned merchandise.

For returns that are not due to damage, defect, or error on SEWL’s part:
  • flat $10 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
  • A 15% restocking fee will also be applied to cover inspection, handling, and repackaging costs.

EXCHANGES

We currently do NOT offer direct exchanges.

If an item doesn’t work out, return the eligible item(s) and place a new order for the replacement item(s).

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please accept delivery and email us at info@SEWLOfficial.com with photos of the issue within 7 business days of receipt.

SEWL will, as soon as possible, provide options for replacement or refund.

REFUND DEDUCTIONS / REJECTIONS

 Returns that are worn, altered, washed, opened (in the case of ✨CHEREA✨ beauty products), or missing tags may result in reduced refunds or be rejected altogether.

If a customer refuses the delivery of a package without prior consent or returns items improperly, the customer may be responsible for return shipping and/or all shipping charges.

SEWL reserves the right to decline a return if it does not adhere to stated conditions.
