SEWL™ Shipping Policy

Please read this policy in its entirety. At SEWL™, we believe your experience should be as seamless as your style. Every order is handled with care and shipped directly to your doorstep. Expected delivery ranges from 5-14 days from order date.

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–4 business days after payment is confirmed.
  • Some products may have slightly longer processing times depending on availability.

Shipping Times

  • Standard U.S. and U.S. Territory delivery typically takes 3–10 business days after processing.
  • Expedited options may be available on select items at checkout.
  • Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Costs

  • Free Standard Shipping on all U.S. and U.S. Territory orders.
  • Expedited shipping costs (if offered) will be calculated at checkout.
  • US and US Territories including:
    • P.O. Boxes
    • All US Military bases, APO/FPO
    • American Samoa, Guam, Puerto Rico,
      and the U.S. Virgin Islands

    All international orders will be canceled unless a U.S. address/forwarding company address is provided within 24 hours of email contact from SEWL (info@SEWLOfficial.com). 

Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number.
  • Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.

Multiple Shipments

  • To ensure faster delivery, items in your order may arrive in separate packages. Each shipment will have its own tracking number.

International Shipping

  • At this time, SEWL™ ships to the U.S. and U.S. Territories only. International shipping is coming soon.

Delays & Exceptions

  • Delivery times may be impacted by factors outside of our control (such as carrier delays, weather, or stock availability).
  • If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we’ll contact you right away with a replacement or refund option.

Order Redirecting

Once your order has been dispatched, we cannot redirect your order. Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate when ordering. Thank you!

Shipment Refusal

We try to make sure your items arrive in pristine condition. We understand that circumstances may arise so in the unlikely event that your order arrives in a damaged condition, please accept the delivery and contact SEWL Customer Service so we can help remedy the problem.

If you refuse your order, or any part of it without consent from us, you will be held responsible for all shipping charges.

Shipping Methods

We currently ship primarily using USPS, FedEx, UPS, and DHL, but we may use other methods if necessary.
