Q: Can I modify or cancel my order once it’s placed?

Shipping
Q: How much is shipping?

Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Orders are typically processed in 1–4 business days. Standard U.S. shipping takes 4–10 business days after processing. Expected delivery ranges from 5-14 days from order date.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: At this time, shipping is not currently offered outside the U.S. and it's territories.
Q: Will my order arrive in multiple packages?
A: Yes, to ensure faster delivery, items may ship separately. Each package will have its own tracking number.
Returns & Refunds
Q: What is your return policy?

Q: Are there items that cannot be returned?
A: Yes, final sale items include:
Sale/discounted items
Swimwear, intimates (except bralettes), hosiery

Q: Do I have to pay for return shipping?
A: Yes. A flat $10 return shipping fee plus a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from refunds for non-defective returns. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items are fully covered with no fees.
Q: How long does it take to receive a refund?
A: Refunds are processed within 5–14 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

Q: Can I return or exchange ✨CHEREA✨ beauty products?
A: For hygiene and safety, opened or used beauty/skincare items are final sale. Unused, unopened products in their original packaging may be returned within 7 days of delivery, subject to our return rules.
Q: What if my beauty product arrives damaged or defective?
A: Please contact us within 7 days with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund with no fees.
